Serving up authentic delights

Employing over 400 people, our catering operation in Amman, Jordan, has been operational since 2000. We serve both Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) and Amman Civil Airport (ADJ). With our culinary capability, quality control and a safety-first ethos, we are a trusted partner for charter, VIP and commercial airlines.

As well as traditional airline catering, we also operate F&B outlets and airport lounges at QAIA airport, serving passengers a range of cuisines and helping drive an improved passenger experience at the airport.

Our primary catering facility in Amman, spanning over 12,000 square metres, is able to serve over 12,000 meals a day and includes the production of delectable fresh baked goods and patisserie items. In addition we offer a comprehensive range of ancillary services including dry cleaning and laboratory services.
