Our People
Proud of our people
At dnata, we understand that our success as a company depends on the collective effort and commitment of our people to deliver service excellence to our customers. We celebrate our dynamic, performance-driven organisation and are committed to fostering a culture that is safe, inclusive, diverse and socially responsible. We are proud of our multicultural team working in over 30 countries, and we offer competitive compensation, benefits and world-class training to nurture a healthy, developing culture.
We believe that a positive, work environment yields a strong workforce, and empowering our people to thrive both at work and in their communities is critical to our success. Providing safe, reliable and high-quality air services while maintaining a culture that promotes imagination and respect is prescribed in our company values and is what defines our dnata difference.
Making dnata a diverse and inclusive workplace
We are the first air and travel services provider to sign up to IATA’s gender diversity initiative 25 by 2025, and have commit to increasing the number of women in senior positions and under-represented roles by 25% by 2025 across our entire business. We are also working jointly with IATA to increase the representation of women in IATA governance roles.

Career development and world-class training
As part of The Emirates Group, a global network of companies, dnata opens the door to a world of opportunity. Our employees are encouraged to develop their careers within the Group, where they have the mobility to change roles, departments and even companies as their knowledge and skillsets grow.
We have a vested interest in providing our employees with world-class education, training and mentoring opportunities. Through our partnerships with world-class organisations like Warwick University and INSEAD, our top talented can apply for the opportunity to continue a dnata-sponsored education. Our team also benefits from local training classes and in-house educational tools to refresh or gain new skills. We aim for ‘trained by dnata’ to become the standard for training within the industry and a source of pride for our employees.
Embracing talent from persons with disabilities
We are at the beginning of this journey and recognise that we have a lot of growth to do in this space. We aim to foster an environment of acceptance and inclusivity where individual team members can contribute their skills, knowledge and abilities, and where they can achieve their full potential.
Corporate social responsibility
We believe that businesses have the highest potential and responsibility to influence change and positively impact the communities within which they operate. In addition to our community outreach programmes and disaster relief response under dnata4good, we are committed to three core environmental targets: 50% reduction in emissions by 2030, 20% diversion of waste from landfills by 2024, and continuing to implement a zero tolerance policy on illegal trade of wildlife.
We also provide paid time off to support our people in their desire to volunteer and do good in their communities as ambassadors of ‘the dnata difference’.
